HOA and WSD Fees
Our HOA and WSD function concurrently but are separate entities. To streamline the payment process for neighbors, we collect HOA dues and WSD fees in a combined payment. The total 2024 monthly fee of $67 is allocated as follows:
$5 to HOA
$47 to WSD
$15 to WSD for capital expense projects related to replacement of our water reservoir and other structures.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the total monthly fee of $73 is allocated as follows:
$5 to HOA
$53 to WSD
$15 to WSD for capital expense projects related to replacement of our water reservoir and other structures.
A 5% discount is offered for 1 annual payment in full that is made by January 31st, 2025.
Paying Through Your Bank
If you prefer to pay through your bank, EFT (electronic funds transfer) must be set up. (Paper checks will only be accepted for a one time annual payment). Our routing and bank account numbers are available upon request. To request these numbers, please complete the information on the “Contact Us” tab at the top of this page.
Paying By Check
If you prefer to pay with a check, you must pay in full for the year. Your payment must be received by January 31st of the invoiced year. A 5% discount is offered if paying annually.

Late Fees
A late payment penalty of $5.00 per month will be assessed for late payments. After the 3rd month of non-payment, water may be disconnected. If this happens, restoring water service requires the following:
- Full payment of charges and late fees due to date
- Security deposit of $100.00
- Reconnection fee of $100.00
