Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs)
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) are, in a nutshell, the rules of our neighborhood. They describe the requirements and limitations about what you can do with your property. The goal of the CCRs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the neighborhood. Welcome Neighbor! We’re so glad to have you be part of our community here at Meadow Hills. This website should have all the information you’ll need to familiarize yourself with life here but if you are looking for information you don’t find on the site, please use the Contact Us page to get connected with someone who can help.
If you have joined us during the spring and summer months please be sure to familiarize yourself with the watering schedule so that we can keep our well functioning at optimal performance. Our HOA board is a joint board for our Water and Sewer District so much of the information mingles between the two entities.
We hold an annual meeting each July at Meadow Hills Park. We hope to see you at the next meeting. Meeting details will be posted here so check in frequently!
